Meet Your Counselor
Real human connection and authenticity are at the heart of my work. Alongside evidence-based clinical tools, I show up as my true self; curious, compassionate, and figuring things out with you, step by step. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy to meet clients where they are and support meaningful change.
I am particularly passionate about helping clients navigate relationship challenges, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger management, and stress resulting from early life experiences. My goal is to equip you with practical tools and insights that allow you to thrive, and to walk alongside you as you uncover a more authentic, fulfilling way of living.
